joy4.life ("we", "our") is operated by Laatikainen Enterprises Oy. We respect your privacy and we collect as little data as possible. We do not sell data and we do not use your information for advertising.
The only third-party tool we use that involves cookies is Microsoft Clarity, an anonymised analytics product, and it only runs after you accept the cookie banner.
2. Data we collect
When you visit joy4.life:
- Server logs may briefly record your IP address, browser user-agent and the page requested. These logs are kept for security and uptime purposes and rotated regularly.
- If you accept cookies, Microsoft Clarity collects anonymised information about how you interact with the site (clicks, scrolls, session replays). Clarity automatically masks sensitive content such as form inputs.
- If you contact us by email, we keep your message and email address for as long as needed to respond.
We do not ask you to create an account. We do not require any personal information to use the site.

4. Microsoft Clarity
Clarity is a free web-analytics service from Microsoft that helps us understand how visitors actually use joy4.life — which links get clicked, where people scroll to, where they get stuck.
Clarity provides this in the form of aggregated heat-maps and anonymised session replays. Replays mask form fields and any element marked as sensitive. We do not see your name, email or any other personal identifier through Clarity.

You can withdraw consent and stop Clarity from loading on future visits by clicking the button below. This clears your stored consent so the cookie banner will re-appear.
5. Your rights (GDPR)
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or any jurisdiction with similar rules, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction or deletion of that data
- Object to or restrict processing
- Withdraw consent at any time (this does not affect lawfulness of earlier processing)
- Lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority (in Finland, the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman)

6. Third-party links
joy4.life is a directory: every game, streaming service and app on the site links out to an independent third-party operator. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. Please consult each provider's own policy before signing up or providing data.
7. Children
The site lists games suitable for children but does not knowingly collect data from anyone under the age of 13. Parents who believe their child has provided personal data should contact us so we can delete it.
8. Changes
If we change this policy meaningfully we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will also be flagged via the cookie banner.
